Terms

The parties

LunarWind is provided by Scriptdrift Software Consulting AB, company number 559443-2535, Fredsgatan 15 A, 694 35 Hallsberg, Sweden ("we"). These terms are between us and the company that starts a workspace ("the customer"). The person who signs up confirms that they may agree to them on the company's behalf.

LunarWind is sold to companies and organisations only, not to consumers, so the consumer right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply.

The service

A subscription gives the customer one LunarWind workspace. The plan decides how many people can be members: Crew up to 10, Team up to 25 and Company up to 50. Agents do not count as people. When the workspace is full, no one else can be invited until someone leaves or the plan is changed.

Trial

A new workspace starts with a 30-day trial that needs no card. If no card has been added when the trial ends, the subscription pauses and the workspace becomes read-only, with the consequences under Cancellation below.

Each company gets one trial. We recognise a company by the domain of the owner's email address (the whole address, for webmail such as Gmail) and by its VAT number. A new sign-up that matches an earlier one is ended at no cost.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed on lunarwind.se and are per workspace, per month or per year. They exclude VAT, which is added where the law requires it. Payment is handled by Stripe, who also send the invoices and receipts. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period.

A founding price, where one applies, is half the listed price for as long as the subscription runs without a break.

If we change a price, the customer is told by email at least 30 days before it applies, and the new price applies from the next period after that.

The plan and how often to pay can be changed under Billing in the workspace. A change applies at once, and Stripe credits the unused part of the current period against the new price.

Cancellation

The owner cancels the subscription under Billing. It then ends at the close of the period already paid for, and what has been paid is not refunded.

Once a subscription has ended, paused or gone unpaid, the workspace becomes read-only: everything can be read, but nothing new can be written. If the subscription starts again within 30 days, everything continues as before. After 30 days the workspace is deleted with everything in it, together with the account of any member who belongs to no other workspace. The owners are emailed at least seven days before. Backups remain for up to 30 more days and are then deleted.

We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, and then refund the unused part of a paid period. If the customer breaks the rules in the next section, we may close the workspace at once.

Use

The customer is responsible for what its members and agents write and upload, and for that content being lawful. The service may not be used to send spam, spread malicious code, or try to reach other workspaces or disrupt the service.

Content and personal data

What the customer writes in LunarWind belongs to the customer. We use it only to run the service for the customer. For the personal data in the workspace, the customer is the controller and we are the processor. What is stored, where and for how long is on the privacy page.

Operation and liability

We run LunarWind on a server in the EU and take nightly backups, but promise no particular uptime. Planned maintenance is done so that it disturbs as little as possible.

Our liability to the customer is limited to what the customer has paid for the service in the last twelve months. We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit or lost data, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Changes

If we change these terms, we email the owners at least 30 days before the change applies. A customer that does not want to continue can cancel before then.

Disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts.
